Clotilde Florencia Montoya de Zucco a fs. 36\/37 y considerando que no puede ser eximida de integrar este Honorable Jurado de Enjuiciamiento, se considera justificada la causal invocada, \u00ednter dure su incapacidad de traslado debiendo asistir su respectivo Miembro Suplente conforme lo pautado en el Acta N\u00ba 09\/15.-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/strong>: 1) Justificar la causal invocada por la Dra.
