AUTOS Y VISTOS<\/u><\/strong>: Para resolver la excusaci\u00f3n formulada en los autos\u00a0caratulados \u201cDDO. DRA. LAFUENTE SILVINA VERONICA- JUEZ TITULAR DE\u00a0 JUZGADO DE FAMILIA Y MENORES N\u00ba 2 \u2013 2\u00ba C.J. -DTE. SRA. ABDON MARTA ROSA Y SRA. ABDON GLADYS MEREI\u201d, <\/strong>EXPTE. N\u00ba 1-L-17;<\/p>\n

Y CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong>: 1) Que a fs. 45 se presenta la Dra. Mariel Elisabet Linardi, Juez de la Excma. C\u00e1mara Civil, Comercial y Minas N\u00ba 1 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial, en su car\u00e1cter de miembro del Honorable Jurado de Enjuiciamiento y solicita se la excuse de entender en la presente causa, en los t\u00e9rminos del art. 12 inc. e) de la Ley VI-0478- 2005- texto ordenado Ley XVIII- 0712-2010 – Ley VI-0640-2008, en raz\u00f3n de haber intervenido y emitido opini\u00f3n en los autos caratulados: \u201cABDON MARTA ROSA S\/ GUARDA PREADOPTIVA\u201d Expte. N\u00ba 213776\/11, donde suscribi\u00f3 la sentencia interlocutorio N\u00ba 113 de fecha 22\/05\/13, resoluci\u00f3n que se relaciona tambi\u00e9n con los autos caratulados: \u00abSALAZAR MARIA ROSA (POLICLINICO REGIONAL JUAN D. PERON) SU SITUACION EXPTE N\u00b0 158464\/8.-<\/p>\n

2) Que ante lo solicitado, encontr\u00e1ndose acreditada la intervenci\u00f3n de la Sra. Magistrada en los autos invocados, conforme surge de fs. 208\/221 cuyos autos en copia certificada se encuentran reservadas en Secretaria, corresponde hacer lugar al apartamiento solicitado, en los t\u00e9rminos art. 12 inc. e) de la Ley VI-0478- 2005- texto ordenado Ley XVIII- 0712-2010 – Ley VI-0640-2008.<\/p>\n

3) Asimismo, atento\u00a0 a estados de autos, conforme lo dispuesto por el art. 27 inc. b) de la Ley N\u00ba VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 – Ley VI-0640-2008, designase Instructor en la presente causa al Dr. JORGE MARCELO SHORTREDE.-<\/p>\n

Por ello,\u00a0SE RESUELVE<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

I.- Hacer lugar a la excusaci\u00f3n formulada por la Dra. Mariel Elisabet Linardi.<\/p>\n

II.- Designar Instructor al Dr. JORGE MARCELO SHORTREDE en los t\u00e9rminos del art. 27 inc. b) de la Ley N\u00ba VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 – Ley VI-0640-2008.-<\/p>\n
