SU PRESENTACION\u201d <\/strong>EXPTE. N\u00ba 1-Z-2018;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Y CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong>: Que la denuncia obrante a fs. 101 y vta. no re\u00fane la totalidad de los requisitos formales exigidos expresamente en el art. 25 de la Ley N\u00b0 VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 &#8211; Ley VI-0640-2008, en tanto la denunciante no identifica contra qu\u00e9 Magistrado la interpone y no acredita domicilio real ni constituido dentro del radio de la ciudad de San Luis; por lo que corresponde sin m\u00e1s tr\u00e1mite, ante el incumplimiento se\u00f1alado, rechazar la denuncia conforme lo dispone el art. 25 in fine de la citada ley, propiciando el archivo de las actuaciones, lo que no implica el decaimiento del derecho de la denunciante.-<\/p>\n<p>Tal criterio ha sido sostenido reiteradamente por el Jurado de Enjuiciamiento en los autos: \u201cDDO.
