DRA. CASTRO IRMA INES- JUEZ DEL JUZGADO CIVIL, COMERCIAL Y MINAS N\u00ba 1- 1\u00ba C.J.- DTE.: DR. SAMPER JOSE\u201d <\/b>Expte. N\u00ba 1-C-13.-<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO:<\/span><\/b> Que mediante Auto Interlocutorio de este Honorable Jurado, de fecha 30\/09\/13, que obra a fs. 13, se resolvi\u00f3 hacer lugar a la excusaci\u00f3n deducida por la Dra. Myrna E. Mu\u00f1oz y se design\u00f3 como Secretaria Subrogante a la Dra. Mar\u00eda Bel\u00e9n Zabala Chacur, atento a lo dispuesto por Acuerdo del S.T.J. N\u00ba 650\/13.-<\/p>\n<p>Que, recientemente, en fecha 26-11-13, el Superior Tribunal de Justicia dict\u00f3 Acuerdo N\u00b0 745\/13, mediante el cual dispuso que para el caso de excusaci\u00f3n, ausencia u otro impedimento de la Dra. Myrna Elena Mu\u00f1oz, Secretaria del Honorable Jurado de Enjuiciamiento de Magistrados y Funcionarios, intervendr\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente en su reemplazo la Dra. Gabriela Oviedo Helfenberger de Fontana.-<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, corresponde dejar sin efecto la designaci\u00f3n de la Dra. Mar\u00eda Bel\u00e9n Zabala Chacur como Secretaria Subrogante para intervenir en la presente causa y de conformidad a lo dispuesto por Acuerdo 745\/13 mencionado, se deber\u00e1 dar intervenci\u00f3n a la Dra. Gabriela Beatriz Oviedo Helfenberger a efectos que act\u00fae como Secretaria Subrogante.-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/b>: 1) Dejar sin efecto la designaci\u00f3n de la Dra. MARIA BELEN ZABALA CHACUR como Secretaria Subrogante en la presente causa.-<\/p>\n<p>2) Designar Secretaria Subrogante a la Dra.
