CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/b>:<\/b> <\/b>VOTO DE LOS DRES. GUSTAVO A. MIRANDA FOLCH, CARLOS GUILLERMO VILLEGAS, CARLOS GABRIEL SAMPER, JORGE OSVALDO PINTO, DIP. GONZALO JAVIER ESTRADA Y DIP. WALTER ALBERTO CEBALLOS:<\/span><\/b> Que los hechos imputados caen bajo la competencia de este Jurado (art. 21 inc. a) y 28 inc. b) de la Ley N\u00ba VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 – Ley VI-0640-2008.-<\/p>\n

Por ello, disposiciones legales citadas y sus concordantes, en uso de sus facultades, el Jurado de Enjuiciamiento de Magistrados y Funcionarios de la Provincia de San Luis,<\/p>\n

\u00a0RESUELVE<\/span><\/b>: 1) Admitir la formaci\u00f3n de causa en contra de la Dra. SILVINA VER\u00d3NICA LAFUENTE, Juez Titular del Juzgado de Familia y Menores N\u00ba 2 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial (art.21 inc. a) y 28 inc. b) de la Ley N\u00b0 VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 – Ley VI-0640-2008.-<\/p>\n

2) Suspender en sus funciones a la Dra. SILVINA VER\u00d3NICA LAFUENTE, Juez Titular del Juzgado de Familia y Menores N\u00ba 2 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial, con derecho a percibir el CINCUENTA POR CIENTO (50%) de su remuneraci\u00f3n (art. 228 de la Constituci\u00f3n Provincial y 30\u00a0 inc. a) de la Ley N\u00b0 VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 – Ley VI-0640-2008.-<\/p>\n

3) Correr vista al Acusador por el t\u00e9rmino de SIETE DIAS (art.30 inc. b) de la Ley N\u00b0 VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 – Ley VI-0640-2008.-<\/p>\n

4) Comunicar al Superior Tribunal de Justicia y al Poder Ejecutivo a los fines que correspondan.-<\/p>\n

5) NOTIFIQUESE personalmente o por c\u00e9dula.-<\/p>\n

VOTAN EN DISIDENCIA LOS DRES. OSCAR EDUARDO GATICA, HORACIO GUILLERMO ZAVALA RODRIGUEZ (h) Y DIP. RAM\u00d3N ALFREDO DOMINGUEZ: <\/span><\/b>Desestimando la denuncia formulada contra la Dra. SILVINA VERONICA LAFUENTE, Juez Titular del Juzgado de Familia y Menores N\u00ba 2 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial y archivar las presentes actuaciones.<\/p>\n

Por ello, SE RESUELVE:<\/span><\/b> 1.-Desestimar la denuncia formulada contra la Dra. SILVINA VERONICA LAFUENTE, Juez Titular del Juzgado de Familia y Menores N\u00ba 2 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial y archivar las presentes actuaciones.-\u00a0<\/p>\n

En m\u00e9rito al resultado de las votaciones que anteceden, SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/b>: 1) Admitir la formaci\u00f3n de causa en contra de la Dra. SILVINA VER\u00d3NICA LAFUENTE, Juez Titular del Juzgado de Familia y Menores N\u00ba 2 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial (art.21 inc. a) y 28 inc. b) de la Ley N\u00b0 VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 – Ley VI-0640-2008.-<\/p>\n

2) Suspender en sus funciones a la Dra.
