DRA. CASTRO IRMA INES- JUEZ DEL JUZGADO CIVIL, COMERCIAL Y MINAS N\u00ba 1- 1\u00ba C.J.- DTE.: DR. SAMPER JOSE\u201d<\/b> Expte. N\u00ba 1-C-13.-<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/b>: Que tra\u00edda la causa a estudio a fin de expedirse sobre las presentaciones efectuadas a fs. 106\/110 y a fs. 112\/115 por la Dra. Irma Castro y el Dr. Samper respectivamente, entendi\u00f3 la mayor\u00eda del Cuerpo, que corresponde se tengan presente dichas presentaciones, ello a fin de evitar mayores dilaciones en la tramitaci\u00f3n de la causa.-<\/p>\n<p>Que el Miembro Titular Diputado Ing. Walter Ceballos, entendi\u00f3 que corresponde tener por presente las mismas y agreg\u00f3 que resulta improcedente la petici\u00f3n de pronto despacho efectuada a fs. 115 por no\u00a0 corresponder a la naturaleza jur\u00eddico, pol\u00edtico, institucional y constitucional del Jurado de Enjuiciamiento.-<\/p>\n<p>Por todo ello, <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/b>: 1) Tener presente lo expuesto por la Dra.
