DRES. ZAVALA RODRIGUEZ, HORACIO GUILLLERMO, NOVILLO, LILIA ANA, URIA, OMAR ESTEBAN Y RUBIO, FLORENCIO DAMIAN &#8211; MINISTROS DEL SUPERIOR TRIBUNAL DE JUSTICIA. DTES. DRES. ANDREOTTI, CARLOS E. Y DEL CORRO, EDGAR SEGUNDO<i>\u201d; <\/i>Expte N\u00ba 1-Z-12<\/b>,<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/b>: Encontr\u00e1ndose prevista expresamente la causal invocada por el Sr. Procurador General en el art. 12\u00a0 inc. e) de la Ley N\u00b0 VI-0478-2005, atento la intervenci\u00f3n que el mismo ha tenido en el acuerdo N\u00ba 574\/12 de fecha 01 de Agosto de 2012, corresponde hacer lugar a la misma.-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/b>: 1) Aceptar la excusaci\u00f3n formulada por el Sr. Procurador General Dr. FERNANDO OSCAR ESTRADA.-<\/p>\n<p>2) Dese intervenci\u00f3n al Sr. Procurador General Subrogante que corresponda conforme lo establece el Acuerdo N\u00ba 577\/10.-<\/p>\n<p>REGISTRESE Y NOTIFIQUESE FDO.
