N\u00b0 1-N-12;<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/b>: Que habiendo renunciado a su cargo la Dra. ALICIA RAQUEL NEIROTTI DE LUCERO, cuya dimisi\u00f3n ha sido aceptada por Decreto N\u00b0 1013-MRIyS-2013 de fecha 26 de marzo de 2013, torna abstracta la decisi\u00f3n de este Jurado sobre las cuestiones sometidas a su consideraci\u00f3n, en atenci\u00f3n a la finalidad del sometimiento a juicio, raz\u00f3n por la cual, corresponde que as\u00ed se las declare ordenando el archivo de la causa.-<\/p>\n<p>Sin perjuicio de ello y atento la denuncia formulada por el delito de prevaricato, corresponde correr vista al Juez de Instrucci\u00f3n en lo Penal, Correccional y Contravencional en turno de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial.-<\/p>\n<p>Por todo ello, <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/b>: 1) Declarar abstracta la resoluci\u00f3n de la causa y ordenar su archivo sin m\u00e1s tr\u00e1mite.-<\/p>\n<p>2) Correr vista al Juez de Instrucci\u00f3n en lo Penal, Correccional y Contravencional en turno de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial.-<\/p>\n<p>REGISTRESE Y NOTIFIQUESE.
