N\u00ba 2-C-12; para resolver la excusaci\u00f3n formulada por la Dra. Rut Emilce Card\u00f3n; y<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/b><b>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1) Tra\u00eddos a la vista los autos caratulados \u201c<b>GOMEZ GUSTAVO-<\/b> <b>GOMEZ DANIEL- SUS DENUNCIAS\u201d (Expte. N\u00b0 76245\/10)<\/b> en fotocopia certificada, de los mismos surge que la Dra. Rut. E. Card\u00f3n se encuentra incursa en la causal prevista por el art. 12 inc. f de la Ley VI.-0478-2005, al haber actuado en dicha causa como propia, en tr\u00e1mite por ante el Juzgado del denunciado.<\/p>\n<p>2) Que analizados los argumentos expuestos y de las constancias de las actuaciones referidas, se observa que corresponde hacer lugar a la excusaci\u00f3n deducida, por haberse configurado la causal prevista en el art. 12 inc. f) de la Ley N\u00ba VI-0478-2005.-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span>:<\/b> Hacer lugar a la excusaci\u00f3n de la Dra.
