DR. CUELLO ALFREDO OSVALDO- JUEZ DEL JUZG. DE INSTRUCCI\u00d3N EN LO PENAL,\u00a0 CORRECIONAL Y CONTRAVENCIONAL N\u00ba 1- 2\u00ba C.J.- DTES. DRES. DEL CORRO EDGAR S. Y ANDREOTTI CARLOS E.\u201d<\/b>, Expte. N\u00ba 2-C-12; y,<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/b><b>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1) Que los Dres. Horacio G. Zavala Rodr\u00edguez (fs. 23), Lilia Ana Novillo (fs. 24), Omar Estaban Ur\u00eda (fs. 25) y Florencio Dami\u00e1n Rubio (fs. 26) se excusan de entender en estas actuaciones por advertir que la causa \u201cSalinas Julio Cesar y otros \u2013Su denuncia\u201d, PEX N\u00ba 64139\/9, en la cual la pr\u00f3rroga concedida por este Superior Tribunal, mediante Acuerdo N\u00ba 800\/12, motiv\u00f3 la denuncia formulada en los autos: \u201cDdos. Dres. Zavala Rodr\u00edguez Horacio Guillermo, Novillo Lilia Ana, Ur\u00eda Omar Esteban y Rubio Florencio Dami\u00e1n- Ministros del Superior Tribunal de Justicia- Dtes. Dres. Andreotti Carlos E. y Del Corro Edgar Segundo\u201d Expte. N\u00ba 1-Z-2012, en la que se ha aceptado la excusaci\u00f3n de cada uno de los Sres. Ministros, por Resoluci\u00f3n del Honorable Jurado de Enjuiciamiento del 19 de noviembre de 2012, coincide con una de las causales que motivan la denuncia formulada en autos, por lo que razones de conexidad imponen dicha excusaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n<p>2) Que analizados los argumentos expuestos, con las constancias de los presentes actuados y los autos \u201cDdos. Dres. Zavala Rodr\u00edguez Horacio Guillermo, Novillo Lilia Ana, Ur\u00eda Omar Esteban y Rubio Florencio Dami\u00e1n- Ministros del Superior Tribunal de Justicia- Dtes. Dres. Andreotti Carlos E. y Del Corro Edgar Segundo\u201d Expte. N\u00ba 1-Z-2012, se aprecia que corresponde hacer lugar a las excusaciones solicitadas, por haberse configurado la causal prevista en el art. 12 inc. e) de la Ley N\u00ba VI-0478-2005.-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span>:<\/b> Hacer lugar a las excusaciones formuladas por los Dres.
