N\u00ba 1-R-14,<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/b>: Que a fs. 9\/11 y vta. de estos actuados comparecen los Sres. IGNACIO JAVIER GARAT, \u00c1NGELA MAR\u00cdA DI IORGI, PERLA DRUBACH, JORGE ALBERTO ITZE, MARIO JOS\u00c9 \u00a0VERGARA, MAR\u00cdA CRISTINA LOSAURO, ELISA ELENA DALLJO y SILVIO ENRIQUE PUCHETA, constituyendo domicilio legal en Barrio 157 viv. Mza 338, Casa 1 de la ciudad de San Luis, con el objeto de denunciar ante este Jurado al Dr. Jos\u00e9 Agust\u00edn Ruta.<\/p>\n<p>A fs. 16 y vta. obra la constancia de notificaci\u00f3n practicada en el domicilio procesal constituido a los efectos de su comparencia a la audiencia fijada para el d\u00eda 29\/10\/2014 a las 10 hs. con el fin de prestar ratificaci\u00f3n a la denuncia incoada, prevista en el art. 27 inc. a) de la Ley N\u00ba VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 &#8211; Ley VI-0640-2008. No habiendo asistido a la referida audiencia sin justificativo alguno, todo lo cual surge de constancias del expediente, corresponde tenerlos por desistidos de su presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/b>: Tenerlos por desistidos de la denuncia obrante a fs. 9\/11 y vta. a los denunciantes Sres.
