N\u00ba 2-I-2014;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/strong>: Que se advierte que existe conexidad de causa, objeto y sujeto entre las presentes actuaciones y las que tramitan bajo las car\u00e1tulas: \u201cIncidente de Recusaci\u00f3n: \u201cDDO. DR. ESTRADA LEANDRO ALFONSO C. JUEZ DEL JUZGADO DE INSTRUCCI\u00d3N EN LO PENAL N\u00ba 2 \u2013 2\u00ba C.J. \u2013 DTE. DR. ESTRADA DUBOR FEDERICO Expte. N\u00ba 2-E-2014\u201d Expte. N\u00ba 3-I-2014 y \u201cIncidente de Recusaci\u00f3n: DDO. DR. ESTRADA LEANDRO ALFONSO C. JUEZ DEL JUZGADO DE INSTRUCCI\u00d3N EN LO PENAL N\u00ba 2 \u2013 2\u00ba C.J. \u2013 DTE. DR. N\u00ba 2-I-2015, lo que conduce a sostener la conveniencia de ordenar\u00a0 la acumulaci\u00f3n de todas ellos.<\/p>\n<p>No teniendo la Ley de Enjuiciamiento de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial N\u00b0 VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 &#8211; Ley VI-0640-2008, una disposici\u00f3n expresa sobre la acumulaci\u00f3n de procesos, corresponde que en virtud de la norma del art. 42 de la ley referida, se aplique por reenv\u00edo del art. 591 del C. Proc. Penal, los establecido por el C\u00f3digo de Procedimiento Civil y Comercial de la Provincia de San Luis, acumulando las causas respetando el principio de prevalencia y teniendo en cuenta el estado de las mismas.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/strong>: Acumular a la presente causa los que tramitan bajo las siguientes car\u00e1tulas: <strong>\u201cIncidente de Recusaci\u00f3n: \u201cDDO.
