Penal N\u00ba 2 &#8211; 2\u00ba C.J.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>SAN LUIS, veintitr\u00e9s de febrero de dos mil quince.-<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">AUTOS Y VISTOS<\/span><\/strong>: Para resolver la recusaci\u00f3n formulada por el denunciante en los autos caratulados:<strong> INCIDENTE DE RECUSACI\u00d3N EN AUTOS: \u201cDDO. DR. ESTRADA, LEANDRO ALFONSO C. \u2013 JUEZ DEL JUZGADO DE INSTRUCCI\u00d3N EN LO PENAL N\u00ba 2 \u2013 2\u00aa C. J. \u2013 DTE. ESTRADA DUBOR, FEDERICO\u201d <\/strong>Expte. N\u00b0 1-E-14 y sus acumulados; Expte. N\u00ba 2-I-2014<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/strong>: Que en el escrito de denuncia el denunciante recus\u00f3 al miembro del Honorable Jurado de Enjuiciamiento de la Provincia de San Luis, Dip. Dr. Gonzalo Javier Estrada, por tener causa personal pendiente en el Juzgado del que es titular el denunciado, en autos caratulados: \u201cPEX-75949\/10 ESTRADA, GONZALO JAVIER \u2013 SU DENUNCIA\u201d y \u201cPEX-69126\/9 ESTRADA, GONZALO \u2013 SU DENUNCIA\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, y con el objeto de constatar el hecho invocado como causal de recusaci\u00f3n, se estima pertinente librar oficio, con Habilitaci\u00f3n de D\u00eda y Hora, al Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n en lo Penal y Contravencional N\u00ba 2 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial a fin de que remita copia certificada de las actuaciones caratuladas \u201cPEX-75949\/10 ESTRADA, GONZALO JAVIER \u2013 SU DENUNCIA\u201d y \u201cPEX-69126\/9 ESTRADA, GONZALO \u2013 SU DENUNCIA\u201d.-<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/strong>: Librar oficio con HABILITACI\u00d3N DE DIA Y HORA al Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n en lo Penal y Contravencional N\u00ba 2 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial a fin de que se remitan copias certificadas de las actuaciones caratuladas \u201cPEX-75949\/10 ESTRADA, GONZALO JAVIER \u2013 SU DENUNCIA\u201d y \u201cPEX-69126\/9 ESTRADA, GONZALO \u2013 SU DENUNCIA\u201d.-<\/p>\n<p>REGISTRESE Y NOTIFIQUESE.- FDO.
