N\u00ba 3-L13\u2033 &#8211; Excusaciones de Ministros.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>SAN LUIS, Marzo dos de dos mil quince.-<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">AUTOS Y VISTOS<\/span><\/strong>: Para resolver el pedido de excusaci\u00f3n en autos caratulados: <strong>\u201cDDO.<\/strong> <strong>DR. LELOUTRE CARLOS ALBERTO \u2013 AGENTE FISCAL \u2013 3\u00b0 C.J. -DTE: DR. SCARSO SALVADOR HUGO\u201d\u00a0 &#8211; <\/strong>Expte. N\u00b0 3-L-13<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO:<\/span><\/strong> 1) Que los Sres. Ministros del Superior Tribunal, Dres. Oscar Eduardo Gatica (fs.83), Lilia Ana Novillo (fs. 85), y Horacio G. Zavala Rodr\u00edguez (fs. 86) se excusan de entender en estas actuaciones, por configurarse respecto de los mismos, la causal prevista en el art. 12 inc. e) de\u00a0la Ley\u00a0N\u00ba VI-0478-2005 \u2013 TEXTO ORDENADO Ley XVIII-0712-2010 \u2013 Ley VI-0640-2008.-<\/p>\n<p>2) Que entrando en el an\u00e1lisis de la cuesti\u00f3n planteada y teniendo en cuenta que el art. 12 de la Ley N\u00ba VI-0640-2008, expresamente establece a los fines de la excusaci\u00f3n<em>: \u201c\u2026 <\/em><em>e) Haber intervenido, emitido opini\u00f3n o tener inter\u00e9s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">en la causa que motiva el enjuiciamiento<\/span><\/em>\u201d. (Lo subrayado nos pertenece) cuya finalidad es otorgar absoluta transparencia a los procesos, siendo por dem\u00e1s sano evitar cualquier tipo de suspicacias y as\u00ed dar a la comunidad un gesto de apertura procesal para que los denunciados sean investigados sin la mas m\u00ednima conexi\u00f3n entre las causas en cuesti\u00f3n, es que se entiende que corresponde hacer lugar a las excusaciones deducidas.-<\/p>\n<p>Por ello,\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span><\/strong>: 1) Hacer lugar a las excusaciones formuladas por los Dres.
