DR. ORTIZ SANTIAGO ANDRES-JUEZ DE JUZGADO DE INSTRUCCION CORRECCIONAL-2\u00ba C.J.-DTE. DR. ESTRADA DUBOR FEDERICO\u201d Expte. N\u00ba 9-O-14;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO:<\/span><\/strong> 1) Que a fs. 6 y vta. el denunciante Dr. Federico Estrada Dubor solicita la recusaci\u00f3n del miembro del Honorable Jurado de Enjuiciamiento Dip. Gonzalo Javier Estrada, por tener causa personal pendiente en el Juzgado del que es titular el denunciado, en los autos caratulados \u201cESTRADA GONZALO JAVIER-SU DENUNCIA\u201d PEX N\u00ba 168938\/14.<\/p>\n<p>2) Que del estudio de la causa de referencia, se concluye que la recusaci\u00f3n articulada debe ser rechazada, atento lo manifestado en la causa por el\u00a0 Dr. Gonzalo Javier Estrada a fs. 01 y vta.,\u00a0 y el pase a resolver ordenado a fs. 68 en fecha 17\/05\/2011, sin que hasta la fecha haya habido pronunciamiento alguno.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE:<\/span><\/strong> Rechazar la recusaci\u00f3n planteada a fs. 6 y vta. por el Dr. Federico Estrada Dubor.<\/p>\n<p>REGISTRESE Y NOTIFIQUESE.-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DESCARGAR:\u00a0\u201cInc Rec Ddo.
