N\u00ba 1-E-14 y sus acumulados\u201d \u2013 Previo L\u00edbrese Oficio.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>SAN LUIS, veintinueve de junio de dos mil quince.-<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">AUTOS Y VISTOS<\/span><\/strong>: Para resolver la excusaci\u00f3n formulada por el Sr. Procurador General Dr. Fernando Oscar Estrada en los autos caratulados:<strong> \u201cDDO. DR. ESTRADA LEANDRO ALFONSO C. \u2013 JUEZ DEL JUZGADO DE INSTRUCCI\u00d3N EN LO PENAL N\u00ba 2 \u2013 2\u00aa CJ\u2013 DTE. DR. ESTRADA DUBOR FEDERICO y sus acumulados\u201d <\/strong>Expte. N\u00b0 1-E-14;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Y CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Que a fs. 180 y vta. el Dr. Fernando Oscar Estrada se excusa de entender en los presente autos en virtud de que al denunciante Federico Estrada, juntamente con su hermano el Dr. Marcelo Estrada, los denunci\u00f3 por delitos de instancia p\u00fablica, extremos que est\u00e1n plasmados en los autos rotulados: \u201cESTRADA, FERNANDO OSCAR \u2013SU DENUNCIA\u201d, radicados en el Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n Penal N\u00ba 1 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial. Agrega que la denuncia en cuesti\u00f3n vers\u00f3 en que ambos pretendieron sustraer de su patrimonio un inmueble sito en la Ciudad de Villa Mercedes por medios dolosos. Deja ofrecida ad effectum videndi et probandi los autos \u201cESTRADA, FERNANDO OSCAR \u2013SU DENUNCIA\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, y con el objeto de constatar el hecho invocado como causal de excusaci\u00f3n, se estima pertinente librar oficio, con Habilitaci\u00f3n de D\u00eda y Hora, al Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n en lo Penal y Contravencional N\u00ba 1 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial a fin de que remita copia certificada de las actuaciones caratuladas \u201cESTRADA, FERNANDO OSCAR \u2013SU DENUNCIA\u201d.-<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SE RESUELVE<\/span>: <\/strong>Librar oficio con HABILITACI\u00d3N DE DIA Y HORA al Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n en lo Penal y Contravencional N\u00ba 1 de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial a fin de que se remitan copias certificadas de las actuaciones caratuladas \u201cESTRADA, FERNANDO OSCAR \u2013SU DENUNCIA\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>REGISTRESE Y NOTIFIQUESE.- FDO.
